Cheese Fondue

Recipe Ingredients

  (Double ingredients to cook in 6-quart cro
1   Condensed cheddar cheese soup - (10 oz.)
1 lb 454g / 16ozBlock process cheese spread - cut in 8 pieces
1 lb 454g / 16ozSwiss cheese - grated
1   Beer - (12 oz) or 1 1/2 cups apple cider
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlHot pepper sauce
2   Liquid smoke flavoring

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in crock. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on:

= 1 (Low) for 2 hours.

= Auto Shift™ and High Settings not recommended.

After 1 hour cooking time, stir. Before serving whisk to blend. Serve with bread sticks or vegetables for dipping.
