Bulgur Pilaf Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Bulgur wheat |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Green onions - sliced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced mushrooms |
5 cups | 1185ml | Beef or chicken broth |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Melted butter |
Salt - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
