Dijon Pasta Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozRotini - tricolor
2/3 cup 157mlOil
2 tablespoons 30mlCider vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlMustard - Dijon
2/3 cup 157mlMayonnaise
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozCelery stalk - chopped (large)
6   Bacon - thick, cooked/chopped
2   Egg - hard-cooked and
  Choppe
2   Scallion - chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
  Paprika - (opt)

Recipe Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling water just until done, usually 11 to 13 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold running water.

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise. Add pasta and all other ingredients to dressing, mix carefullly, and taste for seasoning. Chill thoroughly before serving.
