Dijon Ginger Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Unsalted butter - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh ginger - finely grated |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Italian parsley - coarsely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly. Compound butter may be rolled into "logs" with parchment paper and frozen.
