Joe's Crab Shack's Light Chocolate Mousse Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Heavy or whipping cream - well chilled |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Confectioners' sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pure vanilla extract |
With an electric mixer or wire whisk, whip the cream until it starts to become fluffy.
Add the cocoa, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla and whip until the cream forms soft peaks. Do not overwhip. If not serving immediately, chill.
This recipe yields 3 cups for 4 servings.
