| 12 | Egg yolks | |
| 1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Sweetened condensed milk |
| 3 3/4 cups | 888ml | Heavy cream |
Beat the sugars and margarine on medium speed until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Combine the cocoa and flour. Gradually blend into the egg mixture. Slowly add the milk on low speed. Add nuts and mix.
Bake in a greased 9- by 16-inch baking dish at 315 degrees for 25 minutes. After brownies have cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes. Put brownies in a roasting pan.
Custard Cream: Beat the egg yolks until smooth. Mix egg yolks and milk until smooth on low speed. Add the cream to the egg mixture and mix on low speed until smooth. Pour the custard mix over brownie cubes and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until firm in the center.
