3 teaspoons | 15ml | Sliced garlic |
15 oz | 426g | Beurre blanc sauce |
3 oz | 85g | Pastis (in squeeze bottle) |

3 oz | 85g | Extra-virgin olive oil |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley - for garnish |
Heat a 10-inch saute pan over a medium flame. Add 1 ounce extra-virgin olive oil to the heated pan. Once oil is hot, add shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, and the salt pepper. Saute approximately 2 minutes, until shrimp are almost cooked and garlic is browned.
Remove saute pan from stove. Add pastis, keeping pan away from face as it will flame up. Place pan back on stove. Once flame is gone, add beurre blanc sauce and heat for 30 seconds.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
