4 cups | 948ml | Cubed redskin potatoes |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Horseradish - (heaping) |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt - and to taste |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Gouda cheese |
Boil potatoes until very soft and drain off water. Add butter and salt, and whip with a rotary beater until butter melts. Whip in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning.
