Cheesecake Factory's Mashed Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups	948ml	Cubed redskin potatoes
2 tablespoons	30ml	Horseradish - (heaping)
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Butter - softened
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt - and to taste
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded Gouda cheese

Recipe Instructions

Boil potatoes until very soft and drain off water. Add butter and salt, and whip with a rotary beater until butter melts. Whip in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning.
