Cheesecake Factory's Bleu Cheese Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

2		Shallots - very finely minced
2 tablespoons	30ml	Vegetable oil
2 oz	56g	Crumbled bleu cheese
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
12 cups	1320g / 46oz	Mixed baby greens (mesclun mix)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except greens and whisk until smooth or blend at low speed. Chill.

When ready to serve, put 2 cups greens on each salad dish and top with dressing.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
