1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Baby red potatoes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh garlic - (to 2) |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Freshly-grated Romano cheese |

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried leaf oregano |

Wash potatoes and remove bad spots (get rid of green spots!). Place potatoes in a 4 1/2-quart pan; cover with cold water and bring to a boil, till done. Drain and place immediately in 3 quart bowl.
Combine with all the remaining ingredients, except half-and-half and mix well using a wire whisk. Slowly add half-and-half until desired consistency is reached. Adjust flavors and seasoning and place in a 250 degree oven until ready to serve.
