Applebee's Mexi-Ranch Dressing

1 tablespoon	15ml	Milk
2 teaspoons	10ml	Minced tomato
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	White vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Minced canned jalapeño slices
1 teaspoon	5ml	Minced onion
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Tabasco pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Paprika
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Cumin
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Chili powder
1 pinch		Garlic powder
1		Freshly-ground black pepper
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
