Commander's Garlic-Anchovy Salad Dressing

2 oz 56gAnchovy fillets - see * Note
12   Garlic cloves - mashed
1   Egg
1/4   Onion - chopped (medium)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFreshly-groate Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlCoarsely-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlRed wine vinegar
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil - plus
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

* Note: The anchovies are packaged in small tins. Two ounces is about 12 fillets or 2 tablespoons.

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor. Process and add oil slowly while processor is running. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
