Commander's Creole Seafood Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Salt | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Paprika | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Granulated or powdered garlic | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Granulated or powdered onion | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thyme | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oregano | 
Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Use as a rub for fish or add to flour to dredge soft-shell crabs.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
