Claim Jumper's Yukon Blend Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz	340g	Claim Jumper barbecue sauce
8 oz	227g	Italian salad dressing - any variety
6 oz	170g	Soy sauce
6 oz	170g	Beer - any variety
3 oz	85g	Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup	118ml	Lemon juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Minced garlic
		Salt - to taste
		Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients. Add desired meat and marinate at least 1 hour before cooking.
