Bennigan's Honey Mustard Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Sour cream
1/3 cup	78ml	Mayonnaise
1/3 cup	78ml	Dijon mustard
1/3 cup	78ml	Honey
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice - plus
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Blend thoroughly using a whisk. Slowly pour in the honey and lemon juice, continue mixing until smooth and well combined.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
