Benihana's Shrimp Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Mayonnaise
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
1 teaspoon	5ml	Granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Garlic juice
3 teaspoons	15ml	Catsup - (to 4)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground ginger
1 teaspoon	5ml	Hot sauce
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dry mustard
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Freshly-ground white pepper

Recipe Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together.

This recipe yields about 3 cups.
