Outback Steakhouse's Sauteed Shrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
This makes a great side dish! They are great served along side steak! You can also try this with fresh mushrooms, but you may wish to blanch them before cooking to keep a nicer color, and shape.

1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced onions |
2 | Small whole mushrooms - (8 oz ea) - plus the juice | |
From one of the jars or cans | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Burgundy wine |
Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onion for 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
