Olive Garden's Stuffed Mushrooms II Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Mushrooms - cleaned, hollowed, (large) | 
| Stems and scrapings saved and chopped | ||
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated Parmesan cheese | 
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black black pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Italian bread crumbs | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped drained clams | 
| Olive oil - as needed | 
Mix all ingredients (except mushrooms), including stem mix together. Fill inside of each cap with mixture. Arrange in pan and add 1/2-inch water to pan.
Drizzle each mushroom with a few drops of olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Serve hot. Reheats very well.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
