La Madeleine's Strawberries Romanov

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Strawberries - (2 pints)
1/2		Heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons	30ml	Powdered sugar
4 tablespoons	60ml	Brandy

Recipe Instructions

Wash strawberries, and cut the tops off. Let strawberries drain.

Mix together heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the brandy. Beat with a mixer until this becomes thick.

Place strawberries into glasses and spoon over the sauce.

This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
