1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced red bell peppers |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Diced celery |
12 | Hard-boiled eggs, whites only - sliced | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely-chopped onions |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cubed American cheese |
Dressing | ||
4 cups | 948ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped sweet pickle chips |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Diced red bell pepper |
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Add to salad mixture and gently toss.
This recipe yields 4 pounds.
