1 1/2 oz | 42g | Margarine |
4 1/2 oz | 127g | Chopped onion |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Chopped bell pepper |
1 oz | 28g | Chopped celery |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
6 1/2 oz | 184g | Claw crabmeat |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Parsley |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Bread crumbs - (to 2) |
1 oz | 28g | Chopped green onions |
Saute onions, bell peppers, and celery until half done. Add garlic salt and cayenne and saute until vegetables are translucent. Add claw meat, bread crumbs, parsley, and green onions. Mix thoroughly and stuff accordingly. Recommended either baked or fried.
