Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 oz 42gMargarine
4 1/2 oz 127gChopped onion
1 1/2 oz 42gChopped bell pepper
1 oz 28gChopped celery
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic salt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCayenne pepper
6 1/2 oz 184gClaw crabmeat
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlParsley
1 1/2 oz 42gBread crumbs - (to 2)
1 oz 28gChopped green onions

Recipe Instructions

Saute onions, bell peppers, and celery until half done. Add garlic salt and cayenne and saute until vegetables are translucent. Add claw meat, bread crumbs, parsley, and green onions. Mix thoroughly and stuff accordingly. Recommended either baked or fried.
