Carraba's Italian Butter

Recipe Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Oregano
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Basil
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Rosemary
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Kosher salt - or less to taste
		Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1		Red pepper flakes
1		Garlic clove - crushed (large)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Extra-virgin olive oil - (to 3)

Recipe Instructions

Mix together your dry spices. Add crushed garlic to the dry spices. Place on small saucer. Pour olive oil over mixture. Dip with your favorite hot French bread.
