Red Lobster's Sweet And Sour Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1		Tomato paste - (6 oz)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
2 tablespoons	30ml	Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons	30ml	Horseradish cream sauce

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate, tightly covered, to serve as an accompaniment to marinated chicken or with shrimp as a cocktail sauce.

This recipe yields about 1 cup.
