Red Lobster's Shrimp Chowder

Recipe Ingredients

1   Red Lobster Cocktail Shrimp Party Platter (small)
3   Condensed clam chowder - (10 oz ea)
1 1/2 cups 355mlMilk
1 1/2 cups 355mlHalf-and-half
1/2 cup 118mlClam juice
1 tablespoon 15mlMelted butter
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlThyme
1/4 cup 59mlSherry
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozFrozen corn
  Fresh chives - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Remove tails from shrimp.

In a 4-quart pot, combine clam chowder, milk, half-and-half, clam juice, melted butter, thyme, sherry, and corn. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot, but not boiling. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.

Garnish with chives, if desired. Serve with crusty bread.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
