Creamy Italian Salad Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Onion (medium) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Dried oregano |
1 | Pepper |
1. In food processor or blender, chop onion finely. 2. Add remaining ingredients and process 30-60 seconds until fairly smooth. 3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
NOTES : Also great as dip for raw vegetables.
