Recipe Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCayenne pepper - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPaprika - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround cumin - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried basil - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried thyme - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried rosemary - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround cinnamon - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround allspice - (to 1 tspn)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGranulated garlic - (to 1 tspn)

Recipe Instructions

Measure equal amounts of each of the dry spices into a container. Stir to combine. If you want a small amount, use only 1/2 teaspoon of each ingredient.

Spoon out about 1/2 teaspoon of the spice blend per salmon fillet, chicken breast or lamb chop, being careful not to contaminate leftover spice blend by touching it with raw fish or meat.

You can use leftover spice blend to season soups, fish, chicken and lamb.
