Red Lobster's Scallops Sauteed In Garlic And Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Scallops |
Flour - for dusting | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter - (1/2 stick) |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Diced fresh tomatoes |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Cut scallops in half. Dry on paper towels, then dust lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic and mix. Add scallops and saute until they are lightly brown. Stir in tomatos, parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
