Red Lobster's Cajun Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry oregano |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
Combine ingredients well. Place in an airtight container and store in a cool dry place.
This recipe yields about 1/4 cup of seasoning.
