1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Thinly-sliced celery |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cauliflower florets |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Broccoli florets |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Seeded, sliced hothouse cucumber |
4 | Roma tomatoes - julienned | |
1 | Red onion - julienned (medium) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Julienned red bell pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Julienned green bell pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Julienned yellow bell pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Peas |
Citrus Vinaigrette - (see recipe) | ||
Butter lettuce leaves - for serving |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with Citrus Vinaigrette dressing. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then serve on a bed of butter lettuce.
