American Grill's Apple Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 5 | Apples - cored, and Cut 1/8" half-moon slices | |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Red potatoes - cut into 1/8" Half-moon slices | 
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Diced celery - diced | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Rice vinegar | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Applesauce | 
| 1 pinch | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
| 1 pinch | Salt | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil | 
Cook potatoes in pot of boiling water until tender. Remove, strain and cool. Add remaining ingredients to cool potatoes and refrigerate.
