Jessica's Sweet Pepper Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
13 cups | 1898g / 66oz | Diced multicolored peppers |
6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Diced onions |
3 cups | 711ml | Cider vinegar |
2 1/2 cups | 495g / 17oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard seed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour hot mixture into hot, sterilized, canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space. Adjust lids.
Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
This recipe yields 7 pints.
