Sweet Pepper Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 13 cups | 1898g / 66oz | Diced multicolored peppers |
| 6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Diced onions |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Cider vinegar |
| 2 1/2 cups | 495g / 17oz | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mustard seed |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed |
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process for 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
This recipe yields 7 pints.
