Finger Lickin' Remoulade Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 2 | Hard-cooked egg yolks - sieved | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh parsley |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried chervil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Creole mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Hot sauce |
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill.
This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
