| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Whole-wheat flour |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Bran |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Quick-cooking oatmeal |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking soda |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Yogurt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
Mix together whole wheat flour, bran, quick cooking oatmeal (uncooked and ground fine in a blender), flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
In another bowl, beat together milk, eggs, yogurt, and sesame oil. Add to flour mixture and stir to mix well.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat; brush with vegetable oil. Pour batter onto skillet. Cook over medium heat about 2 minutes on each side or until the top bubbles; turn and cook briefly on the other side. Serve with honey.
This recipe yields about 20 pancakes of 4-inch diameter.
