Maple Pecan Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter - softened |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Finely-chopped or ground pecans |
1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Maple syrup |
In small mixer bowl, beat butter on medium speed until light. Add pecans; mix well. Gradually beat in syrup.
This recipe yields 2 1/4 cups.
