1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
6 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - melted |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine flour, milk, eggs and vanilla beating until smooth.
In a 9- by 13- by 2-inch pan pour melted butter until bottom of pan is coated. Pour batter over the melted butter.
Place pan in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
