4 tablespoons | 60ml | Oil - divided |

1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1 | Apple - chopped | |
4 oz | 113g | Maple syrup |
Combine flour, salt, apple juice, 2 tablespoons oil, eggs, honey, and baking powder. Add chopped apple and stir until smooth.
Spoon into a griddle, greased with 2 tablespoons oil, and cook on medium heat. Turn when the bubbles just begin to break and brown the other side.
Serve with maple syrup.
