Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Container vanilla low-fat yogurt - (8 oz) | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sliced peeled ripe peaches, nectarines or |
Other fruits | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wheat germ |
Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
