Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Container vanilla low-fat yogurt - (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups 355mlSliced peeled ripe peaches, nectarines or
  Other fruits
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney
1/4 cup 59mlWheat germ

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
