3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Cooked rice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 cups | 474ml | Nonfat milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raisins |
In a medium saucepan, beat eggs slightly. Stir in rice, sugar, milk, vanilla and raisins. Place on heat and bring mixture just to boiling. Lower heat and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
