Prepare all filling ingredients before beginning to cook omelet.
Cut up omelet ingredients into medium to small pieces.
Omelets must be served immediately. Serve on warm plates.
For Fillings Add:
u Sauteed fresh or canned mushrooms
u Sauteed onion
u Tomatoes and sauteed green pepper
u Cooked spinach
u Cooked artichoke hearts
u Cheeses
u Herbs (tarragon, dill, oregano)
u Cooked, drained, and crumbled bacon or sausage
u Smoked salmon
u Cooked shrimp
u Salsa
u Drained canned fruit or chopped/sliced fresh fruit
u Jelly, jam or preserves
