Lemon Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
8 oz | 227g | Lemon yogurt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon rind |
1 | Lemon extract | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gently stir in yogurt a little at a time until well blended. Stir in lemon rind and honey. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve as a dip for fresh apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, pears, plums or strawberries.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
