Honey-Orange Marys Recipe - Cooking Index
32 oz | 909g | Tomato juice - (4 cups) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery salt |
Hot pepper sauce - to taste | ||
Worcestershire sauce - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Celery stalks - for garnish |
In a large pitcher, whisk together tomato juice, orange juice, honey, horseradish and celery salt until well blended. Season to taste with hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Serve over ice in tall glasses garnished with celery stalks.
