Cinnamon Pull Apart Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Loaves frozen bread dough | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - chopped |
Thaw dough according to package directions. Cut each loaf into 12 pieces and dip each piece first into melted butter, then into a mixture of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and finally into nuts.
Pile pieces into a greased bundt or angel food cake pan. Cover with a clean towel and allow to rise until double in size, about an hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan immediately and place on a wire rack. Serve warm.
