Low Carb Pancakes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Ground flax seed meal |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking powder |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil or melted butter |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cottage cheese - (heaping) |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream |
Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin.
Fry as you would regular pancakes.
This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
