Cranberry Sausage Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Brown and serve sausages - (12 oz) | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cornstarch |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cold water |
1 | Cranberry sauce - (16 oz) | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Light raisins |
In a medium skillet, brown sausage links. Drain any fat.
In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in cranberry sauce. Add salt, mustard and vinegar. Pour over sausages and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
