Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe - Cooking Index

Courses: Breads1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Unsalted butter - (2 sticks) |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Granulated sugar |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Eggs (large) |
4 cups | 948ml | Bananas - mashed (medium) |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk - plus |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | King Arthur 100% white whole-wheat flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Chocolate chips |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Toasted walnuts - chopped |
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Cream the butter and the sugar together on speed #3. Add the eggs, banana and milk.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamed butter. Add chocolate and walnuts on speed #1.
Scoop into 18 greased muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
