Baked Applesauce Granola

Served warm with a cream or yogurt topping. This delicious dish is a complete breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlApplesauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlNutmeg
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
1/3 cup 53g / 1.9ozRaisins - soaked, drained
1 cup 237mlGranola
1 tablespoon 15mlWheat germ
  Yogurt or sour cream - for topping

Recipe Instructions

In a small oven-proof bowl, mix applesauce, cinnamon nutmeg, brown sugar and raisins. Cover applesauce mixture with a layer of granola and sprinkle with wheat germ. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Top each serving with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
