Wonderful Wheat Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 1/8 cups	266ml	Water
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Bread flour
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Whole-wheat bread flour
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Dry milk
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machines in the order specified by your machine's manual. Select the "Wheat", "Whole Grain", "Basic" or "White" cycle and press "Start".

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
