Ultimate Sandwich Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 cup	237ml	Water
2 tablespoons	30ml	Oil
1 3/4 cups	109g / 3.8oz	Bread flour
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup	20g / 0.7oz	Rye flour
2 tablespoons	30ml	Vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
