Stuffing Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
Use this bread to make stuffing.

| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Diced onion |
| 2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Sugar |
| 2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Bread flour |
| 2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Cornmeal |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Poultry seasoning |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rubbed sage |
| 1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Yeast |
Place all of the ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
