Stuffing Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 cup	237ml	Water
1		Egg
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter
1/3 cup	20g / 0.7oz	Diced onion
2 1/4 teaspoons	11ml	Sugar
2 1/2 cups	156g / 5.5oz	Bread flour
2/3 cup	41g / 1.4oz	Cornmeal
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon	5ml	Celery seed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Rubbed sage
1/3 teaspoon	1.7ml	Freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
